Not sure whether RentalPilot fits your rental business? You don’t have to hunt through pages or wait for an email — just ask. Our AI assistant answers questions about features, pricing and getting started, right from any page.

Ask about the product

Look for the “Chat with us” button in the bottom-right corner of rentalpilot.io. Click it and ask anything — for example:

• “Do you support one-way rentals and delivery?”
• “How much is it for 12 vehicles?”
• “How is RentalPilot different from a booking-website builder?”
• “Can my customers pay online, and do you take a commission?”

The assistant answers from RentalPilot’s real feature set and current pricing, so it won’t invent numbers. For exact per-plan details it points you to the pricing page, and if you’d like a person to follow up you can leave your email right in the chat — we’ll get back to you.

It speaks English and Spanish, matching the language you’re browsing in.

The assistants inside RentalPilot

The same helpful, grounded chat shows up in two more places once you’re using the product:

• On your booking site — you can switch on a 24/7 assistant for your renters that answers their questions about your locations, hours, prices and policies (you control whether it’s on — see Settings → Connections).
• Inside the operator app — an in-app assistant helps you and your staff find the right screen and understand your own settings.

Your privacy

When you chat, your messages are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a reply, and that content isn’t used to train their models. The assistant only answers questions about the product, so there’s no need to enter sensitive personal information. If you leave your email for follow-up, we store it only to contact you about RentalPilot and you can ask us to delete it at any time. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
